Julie and Todd made having twins look easy! Lily Jayde (in the patterned blanket) who was breech came first weighing in at 5lbs. 13 oz. and with a hearty set of lungs. Josie Valentine (in the white blanket) weighs 5lbs. 10oz. and was making a little less noise. NICU came to clear her lungs, but she is doing great.

As you can see, Julie looks great and other than being parched and hungry is doing great. Todd had not one wavering moment, but took care of Julie and the girls through the whole process. Don't take birthing advice from these two, they had it easy.

The girls miss being apart and stop crying when they are near one another. It's so sweet. Lily looks like Todd and Josie looks like Julie. They are absolutely beautiful little girls, but are distinctly different in appearance.

Julie was back in her room within an hour of surgery and after getting her blood pressure taken, was flooded with oohing-and-ahing visitors. You'd have thought the paparazzi had been tipped off with all the flashing and clicking going on. Grandparents, aunts, cousins and friends got to hold the babies before they were taken away for some R and R.
